Refunds
Once we receive your request for refund, we will verify the situation and the status of tenants rent. The tenant will be be notified of the process via email.
If your refund is approved, we will initiate the return to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within 5-7 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying any fees associated with the transaction(s) and refund to your card/account- if it was the error of the tenant.
