The rental application fee is for the payment of the initial background check required to become a tenant of Stone Premier Properties. The charge is nonrefundable and does not guarantee a contract between the future tenant and the management company, Stone Premier Properties. Once payment is received you will be contacted by the management office in a timely manner. We conveniently accept Venmo and Zelle for your application fee.
